Terms of Delivery, Shipment and Pickup of Goods

These terms of purchase define the procedure for delivery, shipment, and pickup of goods. The Supplier (Seller) of goods is the trade "Stefancic", Put Njivica 93, 23 000 Zadar, and the Buyer is a visitor to the store who selects at least one product.

All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT.

Delivery of goods is carried out by the trade "Stefancic" within the agreed timeframe from the moment of confirmation of availability of the ordered items.

The Buyer has the right to refuse to accept goods with visible external damage at the time of pickup.

Free Delivery

Delivery costs are not charged for products (air conditioning units) purchased from the sales range of the trade "Stefancic".

Payment Methods

  1. a) Payment via internet banking: Products for which an order has been placed can be paid via internet banking of any bank that offers this payment method. Payment can be made by proforma invoice (in advance) or final invoice.
  2. b) Payment by card: PBZ Visa (ex. American) - one-time payment, installments up to 12 months
  3. c) Cash payment

The main characteristics of products, method of use, prices, special promotions and benefits, payment methods, and delivery refer to those that are valid at the time of the completed order.

The above data is indicated with each product. The displayed prices represent retail prices and include VAT.

The valid price of the unit is the one that was in effect on the date the order was placed (including discounts and promotions). Prices are always expressed in euros (EUR).

Price Changes

The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. All ordered goods will be delivered at the prices that were current at the time the order was placed.

Complaints

The Buyer has the right to file a complaint about goods within the statutory period. Complaints are accepted in writing via email: klima@klima-stefancic.hr with the note: COMPLAINT FOR ORDER (Order No.).

In case of a complaint, the Buyer is obliged to return the product to the Seller at the specified address within the timeframe agreed with the Seller.

The complaint will be considered valid if the inspection of the product determines that it meets the conditions for a complaint in accordance with the Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act.

The Seller is obliged to replace the product or refund the full amount paid to the Buyer within 15 days from the date of receipt of a valid complaint.
