The Seller collects personal data of Buyers only to the extent necessary to fulfill its obligations, to inform about new and promotional products, to deliver promotional materials, to improve customer relations, and to verify other data necessary for the purchase.

The Seller undertakes to protect the personal data of Buyers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and undertakes not to disclose personal data to third parties in any way without the Buyer's consent.

The trade "Stefancic" does not record your credit card number nor store transaction data. The trade "Stefancic" uses the services of a third party, an authorized agency, which protects your data through encryption for credit card payments.

The Buyer has the right to request the supplement, correction, or amendment of inaccurate personal data.

The company processes personal data in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

User Rights

The user has the right to request confirmation as to whether their data is being processed, access to that data, and information about the purpose of processing, the categories of personal data, the person and/or body to whom the personal data has been disclosed, if possible the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored or the criteria used to determine that period, the right to rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing of personal data, the right to object to such processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant authority.

The user has the right to obtain rectification of inaccurate personal data relating to them and to have incomplete personal data completed. Likewise, the user has the right to obtain erasure of personal data relating to them without undue delay if the appropriate conditions for erasure are met. For the sake of clarity, in certain situations (e.g., legally prescribed data retention obligations), erasure will not be possible.

The user has the right to request restriction of processing if the following conditions are met: the user contests the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data; the processing is unlawful and the user opposes the erasure of the personal data and instead requests the restriction of their use.

The user has the right at any time to object to the processing of their personal data based on the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority, as well as on so-called legitimate interest. In that case, we will not process the data for said purposes unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the user, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Due to technical processes, the cessation of personal data processing will be realized within 8 days from the moment of submitting the request.

The user has the right to withdraw their consent at any time.
